Day 24 - Your favourite location or set
King’s Landing is the place where the action happens, and so my favourite place. I can understand Sansa and her striving to be a part of everything that is going on.

2020 - året det var så mye tid til å lese

 Og det er vel alt jeg har å si om året. I alle fall her. Men for meg betydde hjemmekontor og sosial distansering en aldri så liten renessanse for lesing. Ettersom jeg nå også skriver selv, blir det ekstra interessant å skrive en liten analyse av og det jeg har lest.  Jeg har lest 39 bøker til nå i år, og har nok ikke mulighet til å skrive om alle - men ettersom jeg elsker lister vil jeg kåre de 10 beste. De kommer nok til å komme i lest rekkefølge, men det er uten tvil 10 av de 39 jeg har lest som kan anbefales...  10. Harald Rosenløw Eeg: Gyldig fravær En undersøkende, filosofiskreligøs bok om hva folk gjør når katastrofer inntreffer skrevet for ungdom. Vi har fem sentrale karakterer, alle blir utsatt for krise med t-banestans og de handler og velger meget forskjellig.  Jeg lot meg fascinere av Ida, Sherpa og Anjo. 30 Days of Game of Thrones - day 26

Day 26 ~ Your favourite Tyrion-moment Tyrion is also one of my top 3 favourites. There are simply not enough room in a meme to describe the genious that is Tyrion. When he makes fun of the Ser Alliser Thorne, when he confesses his crimes in the Vale, how he tells the story of Tysha are just a few of his great moments.  The one I've chosen for my favourite however is maybe the first time we see him up close in the book. When he meets Jon Snow for the first time he tells him to never forget what or who he is. It's an incredibly wise statement and it's the statement that has made me stick with Tyrion throughout the books. I must admit, though that I am really worried about Tyrion at the moment. Her seems to be turning a much, much darker shade of gray of late. Tyrion in A Game of Thrones and A Clash of Kings is just brilliant. But when no one recognizes that, he takes a dark turn that I don't particularly like.

30 Days of Torchwood - Day 23

Day 23: Favourite Minor Character There are so many good minor characters in this series!. Some are there only for an episode, while others are reoccurring. For me there are two definitions of this: You have the reoccurring ones like Rhys, Suzie, PC Andy, Martha, Captain John, Gwen's parents, Frobisher etc. They are minor, but quite developed.  I like Rhys the most of these characters. Admittedly he is the one one by far the most episodes as well, so his character is well-developed. But I've really liked him from the start. He seems to be the perfect boyfriend/husband, and Gwen cheating on him felt horribly jarring to me. (Or just put in there to make the show more edgy..)  I think I'd like one of him - and I'd treat him nicer ;-) Then you have the characters who only appear in one episode. They might be less developed, but I really like Emma in "From Out of Time". She was just really sweet and brave, and handeled herself very well. Pity we never h...
